エルフェンシオンは黒瀬圭亮（作編曲）、石据カチル（アートワーク）を中心とした2018年末に結成されたコンテンポラリー制作グループ。
ダークファンタジーに寄せた楽曲・イラストを元に、新しい世界観を構築し、世界に発信することを目的としている。
ELF（独語）=11（十余り一つ）Sjón（氷語）＝Visionを意味した造語であり、「もう一つのヴィジョン」という意味を含んでいる。
残された情景、美しくも儚く、息吹を感じるような世界を描く。
